Vacation
I can’t express how excited I am for our group vacation in a few weeks!! Wish it would have stayed the second week of may so I would be going sooner than later, BUT a few days riding roller coasters and speed slides sounds amazing with the Seville Circle Family!

Went to the gym every day this week, and went HARD every day this week. Yesterday I had a feeling I shouldn’t have taken an off day, I wanted to go to the gym SO bad. Instead the husband lured me into our snuggly bed and we fell asleep. Today I woke up sick as a dog…. I knew I should have gone to the gym last night, cause I def. cant go today.
Let me just say that I’m sick of people saying girls with muscles are disgusting… And I don’t need your advice or opinion on it, I have already been a fat girl for a while, I don’t want to be a thinner fat girl, I want to be able to see definition in my muscles. It will take me time but I will have the body I want. I want people to look at me and KNOW I worked hard for...

Day one of dieting and getting back into exercising!!
Breakfast
Coffee w/ Splenda and coconut milk creamer
Chobani with 1/4 cup oats, vanilla extract, and 1 cup of strawberries
Lunch
4oz baked chicken breast
1/2 sweet potato
1 cup broccoli
After work snack
28 almonds
14 baby carrots
1 packet of tuna low sodium in water
Dinner
2 cups romaine lettuce
4 oz grilled chicken breast...
